Emaar announces sale of Links West Tower units

DUBAI — Emaar Properties yesterday announced the sale of residential units in The Links West Tower, the spectacular 34-storey apartment tower, in the popular The Views development at Emirates Golf Club.

you can also cut the render in 2 and upload two pcs, one art for each tower ;)

The WEST tower will be released on July 9th, it was on a newspaper add. In the same add they're saying something about East tower and June 6th, but I can't remember if they will start accepting on-line applications on that date, or will they annunce the winning applications.

Dennis, how do we know though which one is east and west? Should we just guess that the one on the right is east? Also, I wasnt sure about the floor count for the other one so I didnt add it as there was no press release.

^ I saw the location map on the newspaper ad. SZR is on the left side of the render, so the wider tower on the left, must be the West Tower.

They'll start accepting on-line applications for the West Tower on July 6th (tomorrow), and the tower will be officially released on July 9th.

On the map can be seen that there are 4 clusters of buildings overlooking Emirates Golf Club.

Online registrations open from Tuesday 2 August and close on Wednesday 3 August 2005 on The Links dedicated website. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and applicants will be provided with a registration number when the online application process is complete. Applicants will then be notified by e-mail to attend the launch on Thursday 4 August 2005 at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre.

Message regarding Maintenance fees in The Views Community

I am owner of an apartment in Fairways West.
Emmar is projecting to increase the maintenance fees around 19 AED /sqf.
This increase is not justified and I would like to organize the association who will negotiate with Emaar in order to obtain the best cost for maintenance fees.
