What buildings downtown have public observations decks or accessible good views? I'm going to take a lot of photos and post them for all you to enjoy.

Harbour Centre its a tower built into a building.

I remember going to a lookout (South view) at the Hyatt on Burrard...23? floor I think... It's a conference room floor and I don't think you need a guest card to go up.

My apartment has one of the best views in the city looking west from Robson & Seymour. Theres nothing in front on granville to block the panormanic view stretching from false creek to the financial district. I will post some from my personal observation deck when I get a chance =)

Can you go up to the top of Landmark Hotel? There is a restaurant right?

I think you can go in the Empire Landmark hotel, you can go in alot of hotels, but no the Wall Centre (belive me iv tried), during buisness hours you can go into most office towers with out trouble.
