I know it is blurred but I thought it added some effect. I think people will either love it or hate it.

Not my cup of tea. I know where you are going with it, but I dont like photos where everything is blurred. I think you need contrast between blurred and sharp parts to communicate speed. Otherwise, its just a blurry shot. If you had the interior sharp and the view outside the window blurry, then Id like it.

Agreed. Maybe a tripod in the car would be beneficial to the shot. I do like the effect that you were trying to achieve.
