Im not really a fan of business parks. They just seem to be an excuse to support suburban trends, and seem to be an example of this in themselves. Just my perception tho. I think centrally located & supported with existing infrastructure business offices etc are a better choice for cities.

Set in the suburban parts of Hong Kong along the water, Science Park is one of few lowrise commercial districts in the city. These offices are geared towards high-tech firms.

The only business park I know within in NYC is in Staten Island by Staten Island Coperate Pk, which is also a wetland.
