I drove past that the other day.

From a distance it looks like someone has converted and cut some holes in an old Ikea.
It looks pretty good and the cladding looks high quality up close.

This project has gone into administration. It has been a prime example of how not to run a major project. Late, way over budget, with 'financial discrepancies'. Failure from start to finish...although we don't even know whether it will finish.

I went to have a look this weekend. Externally it looks pretty much finished however they're working on a funding package to finish the interior. I know they've run out of money but I hope the quaility isn't diluted or they fill it full of shit furnture when work starts again. Speculating with no real knowledge of the project I would have it'll be complete sometime between 6 months or 2 years time.
