In that first shot, the Aliceanna Tower will partially block that view, and in the second shot it will rise just to the right of the Marriot Waterfront. Man I can wait. :)

this is the new bayview complex. going up now is a 3rd tower behind the taller tower and is up to 6 floors.

there is alot of work going on fayette st. at the top of the street is the new hopkins complex.

A great Web site for Baltimore Development is www.ci.baltimore.md.us/government/planning/

This is the Baltimore City Planning Commission. At there July 21st meeting, the final design was approved for Parcel D or Four Seasons Harbor East. Also, it looks like James Clarke applied for rezoning for the Recreation Pier Hotel project in Fells Point. Clarke just received 3 million in historic tax credits. Lets hope he does better on this project than his 1 Light St development.

The planning committee agenda meetings are very interesting on the site.
