Yes, I think so... Rasuna Epicentrum is in the front of Taman Rasuna Said Apartments, there is a big land bank there and now they use it as golf course... So Rasuna Epicentrum + Taman Rasuna apartments (18 twrs)+ Pasar festival + Sport Club Facilities, all together will become a big super block with the same owner...
