ULEB admits Israeli League
The assembly of the Union of European Basketball Leagues (ULEB), meeting on Friday afternoon in Prague, the Czech Republic, has voted to admit the Israeli national league (BSL) as a member of the association. With the addition of this new member, a total of 16 leagues now belong to ULEB. The other members are Belgium, England, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain,Switzerland, Poland, Germany,Holland, Former republic of Yugoslavia(the Adriatic League), Austria and the Czech Republic.
