According to the Emporis.com:
"The contractor claims that this is only the end of phase A. In the future they plan to keep on building the tower to its full original planned height of around 150 meters (492 feet)."

Does anyone knows when will they building additional floors (Phased B) for Ayalon Tower?

This tower located near Someil compound, today the area is one of the most neglected in Tel Aviv; without any
planning or matching to the city’s view.
Someil compound is going to change its form: The old building will be destroyed, and 4-3 towers of 40 stories will be built instead.

Does anyone knows when that tower is going to be demolished?

Almost all bad news...

Beside Ayalon Tower that will add floors until it will be 32, all the rest will not get their second phase soon... (and who know what will happen to Azrieli).

Although there has been recent news about continuing the construction on the third Azrieli Tower, there hasn't been any progress done on it yet.
