santa monica is okay as long as you stay on the south-side of the pier. because there are reefs on the other side of thepier so the waves are small, and that side is always infested with swarms of chicanos

its also the nearest beach to LA, the sand is awesome, and the water is chemically clean beacuse its the only beach that filters their sewagew water.

plus u can hang out at the promande after youre done beaching so thats always cool :)

but alot of people say that santamonica is dirty, but the truth is they dont know anything about beaches so dont listen to them haha

i went to malibu and miami last time,, they were awesome!!1

and i went to newport todayy and it wasn't too nice. the sand was brittle, and there were riptides all overtheplace and alot of jellyfish were out there. the sand in the water also had a huge dip, and the shore slope was steep. but the waves were humongo and they broke evenly :) and it was a hot day today 103 degrees in the valley so perfect beach weather :)

and im off to camp today.. no beach for a week!!! :badnews:

Hahaha, California beaches are like trash compare to the ones here in Honolulu (I've been to NorCal-SoCal and lived in NorCal). No offense.

The facade of the building is 90% similar with eminence - essence on dharmawangsa, wonder who is copying who....

Update Blue Mall Bekasi

Sampai sekarang statusnya masih pending
Entah karena masalah pertanahan atau memang demand nya terhadap proyek type beginian agak kurang disana
Apalagi sampai ada Hotel dan Apartment segala dimana tanah juga masih luas dan lega (bahasa orang betawi) di daerah sana

Sekarang yang dominant disana cuma Carrefour aja. Mungkin karena emang udah ada tenant agreement ama Carrefour nya.
Carrefour nya sendiri gak terlalu ramai. Bahkan 2 mingguan yang lalu sempat dirampok segala.

Iya Nak, Mam Lexa pernah menulis ini proyek pada 2004 yang lalu. Mam Lexa waktu itu bilang bahwa ini proyek prematur... gak akan ada yang mo beli, kalopun ada sedikit sekali. Secara waktu itu, pasok landed houses seabrek jumlahnya. Dus, Bekasi belumlah perlu apartemen.

Yang baru operasi baru Carrefour, sepertinya Bluemall yang ada water theme park di dalemnya kejauhan realisasinya (BBM=Baru Bisa Mimpi). dah keburu disambar St Mor2 hehehe... itu pun kalo LK komit bangun ini proyek...

INS.... gw juga puyeng tuh bacanya.... yang ada sama-sama jalan (kalo duitnya banyak). Tapi umumnya, retail duluan....

oya, dulu itu namanya Holiday Inn, sekarang diubah jadi Blue Residences karena Holiday Inn menarik diri. Alasannya apalagi kalo bukan RPA gak punya cadangan ekuiti memadai.... lagipula hare gene perbankan lagi memberlakukan pengetatan likuiditas. Nah lho.....

Bekasi sendiri merupakan supplier landed house terbesar pertama se Jadebotabek bareng Bogor, disusul kemudian oleh Tangerang dan Depok. Jadi, kalo mo bikin apartemen di sini, ya siap-siap frontal sama landed house yang notabene harganya masih kompetitif.

^^ ya daerah2 situ agak ke timur dikit, melimpah ruah...

harga 55 juta - 100 juta udah dapet rumah
banyak iming2 bonus n kredit ringan.. :D

Gagal maning deh warga Bekasi mau punya superblok terbesar dan terlengkap. Tp gak usah khawatir ada pengembang bru dan dah exist di bid properti bkal membangun superblok terlengkap tepatnya bersebelah dgn BOC dgn nama 'Bekasi Town Square'. Ada Ps Modern dan apartemen dan lain2.
