菊判=one of standards of paper size used only in Japan (traditional and archaic size) (939mm:636mm)

上製函入= boxed book in a superior binding

クロス装=cloth-binding

B5判=one of standards of paper size used only in Japan (students use the notebook of this size mainly) (257mm:182mm)

机上版=desk top type (not handy in size)

並版=run-of-mill, ordinarily-bound book
