"I, Untash Gal, son of Hubanomna, the king of Anzan and Susa, built a large worship hall to show my gratefulness for my long life, much wealth, many children, to Inshushinak, the god of the sacred place. I present this temple to him and rasie it to the sky, I hope my gift, and my attempt will be accepted by god of Inshushinak."
