The Tamar Building used to the the British military's headquarters in Hong Kong. Now it's the home of China's People's Liberation Army.

I love it but not for Hong Kong. It also looks similar to another one in Chicago. I think this building would look in great in Brasilia or Sao Paulo. Tahnks for the random building pics!
