I like the last one the most. I think B&W is a very good choice for that pic. The rest are not bad by any means, but they are a bit empty. More intense colors and contrasts might be one solution to make them more interesting. Also, the horizon is not 100% level in any of the images. I think the best thing in each of these pics is very appropriate shutterspeed (exposure) and aperture value (depht of field). I think you have eye for beauty, too, so keep on taking those photos, I'd definitely like to see more.
