thats the unfinished hyatt hotel - the company went bankrupt or something during asian financial crisis, i think some company's gonna finish it

umm...that project is soooo old. i assumed it was canceled long ago. just as well cuz design wasnt anything great.

I agree that the design is quite weird but the building's location was great and it would have added some height to the skyline :-( too bad ...
