^^^ it is in downtown it is an island in the bigest river in Lithuania. And it will be the biggest arena in baltic states!

12700 Small ??? You got to be jocking, you can say medium size, but not small it will be one of the biggest arena in Euroleague. And Kaunas is not Chicago we don't need a 25000 seats arena, becouse our countre has a population like chicogo.

Looks like some preparation works have started, I think we'll have to wait a little while before the actual construction works start. That's a good news anyway. :)
