Sorry, but tonight it's lit lime green. Not even on the Fourth of July its lit in patriotic colors.

But here's a shot of the BOA tower anyway:

Yeah, that's odd. I remember last year how it was Red/Yellow/Blue for Colombia's indendence. In fact, when any major Latin American country with a large Miami community is celebrating independence, BofA lights up in the country's flag colours.

^Columbia is the special district Washington is located in. DC stands for District of Columbia.

I've meant Columbia, Maryland which is midway between Baltimore and Washington DC.

Really weird, last year they had it lit with the national colors of Colombia. Lets see if for July 28th they light it red, white, and red.

I took this picture of Bank of America around Independence Day.

It's green right now... I've been trying to figure out what holiday or event it's supposed to be representing. Any ideas?

not too long ago Ocean Drive En Espanol had a fourth year anniversary party and one of their main sponsors was the Heineken, so the whole building was made green for the night, but for some reason they have not changed the color. I've been passing by the building on 95 and everynight it has been green.
they usually change it every week or so and for special days as well so I am not sure whats going on now.

I think the guy is trying to say that his gf is from Colombia, not Columbia. *sighs* Many Americans really need to learn how to spell countries right. I'm sure many Colombians get offended if they see the 'o' changed into an 'u' by Americans.

man we really need someone to do a night photo tour.....i would do it but im afraid of getting shot or robbed.

the reason why i say we need a night photo tour is because the other day while on 1-95 i need that the new courthouse is lit up at night,so is 4seasons,boa#3,greenburg taurig and santa maria ....all of which i've never seen lit up before.

Do they really get offended by having is spelled wrong? I dont get upset when people misspell America. I guess Im not that thin skinned. So go ahead and spell it Amerika if you want.

I wouldn't walk around downtown or uptown at night. You can volunteer. Uptown's not that bad but in downtown (the CBD not Brickell, Brickell is fine at night) you are going to have to fight off at least 200 to 300 homeless people to go a few blocks (and yes I know I am exagerating, but thats how it seems).
