Reminds you of Seattle? It's the greenery (lots of trees) on the streets. That's a character of many cities in the commonwealth (guess the Brits love trees). Seattle is in the Northwest and therefore with the high rain volume, it is naturally very green too. Can't say that for most other American cities though.

Approximately 11% of the population speak both english and french. Probably a very small percentage speak only french on top of that
