Nice bay actually, but then in the future this might be transformed into Universal Studios or Six flags or some other theme park, hope the new development can intergrate with these natural surroundings.

A Six Flags would be impossible. But I think Sunny Bay can be a new commecial center. Because of it's access to the Disneyland MTR, I think there will be a grand entertainment center in this area including some bars and clubs.
