I also heard Tokyo Mode Bldg would be at least 254m high, so really disappointed...only 205m high.
but the architecture itself is not so bad, kinda looks like Mori's Shanghai WFC, or 30 St.Mary Axe in London (by Sir Norman Foster).
Still, I prefer Nagoya Mode Bldg (U/C)

You should carefully look at 30 St Mary Axe. Londoners also call it the erotic or grotesque building. 30 St Mary Axe actually looks like a sex toy, but the mode academy bldg is quite different from it and not erotic or grotesque at all. Besides you say the mode academy bldg is similar to Shanghai's, but it's only a part such as the round hole and quite a different style from Shanghai's.
