Yediot Achronot reports today!!

This week the site near the Elite factory and City Gate , which was old houses, was cleared and work has begun . It is now known that Gindi group bought 5 dunam, for 17 million dollars.
and will build two new 30 storey residential towers!! with a pool, commercial center and also a museum (?)
They quote Gindi people as saying the prices will be much lower than
projects like Tsameret Towers (8000$ a meter) more like half (3000-5000),
penthouse to cost $3 million.
and in Ramat Gan they quickly approved it so it will rival the other luxury projects in Tel Aviv built nearby.

The two towers are 30 storeys each, there was no photo yet of the design.

חברת גינדי החזקות, בבעלות משפחת גינדי, רכשה את מגרש ברמת גן ב-17 מיליון דולר ל-5 דונם, ותקים עליו שני מגדלים בהיקף 420 מיליון שקל.

על המגרש, הממוקם מאחורי מגדל שער העיר, ומול מגדלי עלית המתוכננים, ונושק לבורסת רמת גן, יוקמו שני מגדלי יוקרה בני 30 קומות ו-224 דירות.
השבוע תחל הריסת מבני תעשייה ישנים במקום, לאחר שפונו מיושביהם.

המחירים בשלב התחלתי ינועו בין 3,000 דולר למ"ר ועד 5,000 דולר למ"ר. עלות הפנטהאוז בקומה 30 יגיע, לפי הערכות, עד 3 מיליון דולר. הפרויקט יכלול בריכה, שוער סף ומכון כושר של 1,000 מ"ר. המימון יהיה של בנק לאומי. המטרה: להתחרות במתחם צמרות היוקרתי ( כולל מגדלי פיליפ סטארק ) המוקם בקצה השני של הבורסה, בשטח השיפוט של תל-אביב, שם המחירים מגיעים ל-8,000 דולר למ"ר.

גינדי החזקות, בבעלות הדור השני במשפחת גינדי - ליטל, גיא ואבי - בונה כיום כ-800 יחידות דיור במרכז הארץ. הפרויקט הנוכחי הוא הגדול ביותר מבין הפרויקטים הנוכחיים שלהם ( הנבנים בפתח-תקוה, נס ציונה והוד השרון ), וזוכה לתמיכת עיריית רמת גן, המתכננת להקים בסמוך פארק ומוזיאון.

i took it from some forumer in israeli skycrapers forum(TAPUZZZ)

I hope that those towers won't look like regular Israeli residential towers - that style combines VERY poorly with bussiness skyscrapers ( You can see this in Ramat Gan. There is a bunch of concrete towers behind 2 relatively short glass buildings.... blech )

3 new towers, 2 towers having a face-lift of doubling their height, and
3 more towers close in tel aviv..
of course it will look different,
Ramat Gan will become a mini Hong Kong.

can you imagine taking a photo of the skyline from tsameret towers, then yoo, then manhattan, then the new ramat gan towers planned and taller ayalon tower, then city gate and surroundings, and in the distance
savyon tower and more..

how amazing a skyline this would make!!

היא תשלם 17 מיליון דולר, ותבנה 2 מגדלים בני 30 קומות, 224 דירות יוקרה. העסקה משקפת מחיר של 3.4 מיליון דולר לדונם, או 76,000 דולר לקרקע לדירה. זוהי העסקה הגדולה ביותר של גינדי החזקות עד היום, ועסקת הנדל"ן למגורים הגדולה ביותר ברמת גן בשנים האחרונות.

המגרש ריק, ובית פארמה, שעמד עליו שנים רבות, נמצא בשלבי הריסה. התב"ע כבר מאושרת, והבנייה והשיווק יתחילו בעוד כחודש. בנק לאומי נותן ליווי פיננסי לעסקת רכישת המגרש, ויתן גם ליווי פיננסי לבניית המגדלים ולרכישת הדירות. החברה נמצאת בבעלות בניו ובתו של הקבלן הותיק יגאל גינדי.

Do you know how big are the 3-5 room apts? because the price's is OK for the center, but it is still for the richer.

shohad its still cheaper than Yoo and Tzameret, in Tzameret a 3 bedroom 90 square apartment cost 390,000, that 100,000 more!

anyway the REAL price should be added with the yearly maintenance fees which can add up to 10,000$ a year depending what's in the complex.

Gindi will probably have to put in a spa, doorman and pool so it will also be termed "luxury tower".

Do you know how big are the 3-5 room apts? because the price's is OK for the center, but it is still for the richer.
