I think it is called the Bank. 24 apartments, all let. And a restaurant is opening in the lobby. Unless I am confused. The people that live here love it.

I'm not sure about the residential side of this building, but I seem to remember Jakes1 telling me that there is now a coffee shop/restaurant in this gorgeous atrium.
Today I walked past Black, the restaurant in Mapungubwe. It's hot!!
