well to those of u that thought it looked odd...they developers must have listened. the building has a new look and is now sold out.

2 apartments per floor, all 380m2 or larger. prices start at R2,6m to R3,5m....but that gives you an empty shell. all fittings need to be undertaken by the owner. Packages are available for those that want the unit completed without the hassle...complete package starts at R4,4m

I love this development. It's uber funky, and is so different to what we normally find in SA. And gosh it's got a great view as well.. Def something I'd invest you - one could spot ships the whole day whilst bathing in the sun. :D

Do you have a link to the developers Dysan?

I think that it has def gone for the out there, trendy crowd. You get a concierge, Biometric scanning and Gorgeous views!

developer can be contacted at www.micassim.co.za/property

The new render i put up is out of todays Sunday Tribune Propert Guide, so the quality aint the greatest, but i hope it will suffice until i can get cg renders

The new design is rather low on architectural value:

But at the same time, not every building needs to be architecturally-focused. :) The views will be nice

that newspaper scan doesnt do the new design justice...it is much better when u see it in the renders, but cant seem to shrink them, they have a lock on them or something!

But the view is SO good
