When is completion? and any idea of stores?

Completion is due for August, not sure what shops are coming in, I know we had woolworths, but I think they pulled out. but this place shot up like a rocket! they going to be pouring the last level soon!

Went to site now, was blown away with it, really came out smart

The only down fall to this place is the wind, I spent quite a while up there on the penthouse level & it got quite breezy. Im not sure whether the reason was we are the first building from the harbour mouth, or whether its just a problem at the point. Jerome do you also have very strong winds at your place?

The times have have been there, on a street level, i have experianced bad wind at all, but im sure in those buildings wind must be a problem.

Otherwise, does it look like any shops opening up, new projects happening mate?
