Durbsboi September 5th, 2008, 09:15 AM The only down fall to this place is the wind, I spent quite a while up there on the penthouse level & it got quite breezy. Im not sure whether the reason was we are the first building from the harbour mouth, or whether its just a problem at the point. Jerome do you also have very strong winds at your place?
Luf September 5th, 2008, 12:20 PM Thanks for the Pics mate, looking very very good.
The times have have been there, on a street level, i have experianced bad wind at all, but im sure in those buildings wind must be a problem.
Otherwise, does it look like any shops opening up, new projects happening mate?
