After all the moaning that was made about this dev way back when...i am relieved to tell u that it has been CANNED and that Aldrovande Palace will be built on its site :)
So we can breathe a sigh of relief that this thing wont get built :)

oh now people say they like it...back in the day when i first put it up in the durban apartments thread i was told it was an architectural disgrace... :)
Oh well... I do prefer aldrovande to this one tho

Dont know about you but i always think when driving past they should'a put a NY Style Billboard in the large glass panelling.... something along the lines of "We are recording all street racing here!"
The drag racing is getting rediculous on the weekends...:ohno:

^^ Mine too! but then my last 4 clients out of 7 on Millennium and one from Equinox all quoted that as reasons for selling.

that explains it...those are rather crap buildings.... no offence to anyone living there...i'd find any reason to leave too
