#PROJECT: WOMEN MUNICIPALITY CLUB

أعدت بلدية دبي تصاميم مشروع إنشاء نادي الموظفات أسوة بمشروع نادي موظفي البلدية الكائن في منطقة القرهود. وتأتي
هذه الخطوة ضمن رؤية الدائرة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية نحو تحقيق التحسين المستمر في أداء الموظفات، وتنمية روح العمل الجماعي والعلاقات الإنسانية والاجتماعية بين موظفات الدائرة.


ومن المقرر أن يقام نادي الموظفات على مساحة 18 ألف قدم مربع ضمن حرم نادي موظفي بلدية دبي بالقرهود، وستغطي أنشطته المجالات الرياضية والاجتماعية والثقافية.


وصمم المشروع من عناصر متكاملة لتحقيق متطلبات المشتركين، فقد صممت صالة الألعاب الرياضية وفق معايير عالية، ورصدت لها أرقى التجهيزات الفنية التي توفر استخدامات متعددة إضافة إلى الفعاليات الرياضية. ويشتمل النادي على «الجاكوزي» وحمامات البخار عالية الأداء، وحمام سباحة مجهز، وصالات جلوس تتمتع بكل مستويات الرفاهية.


وتشمل تفاصيل تصاميم النادي على صالة للاحتفالات تتسع لقرابة 500 شخص، وتلبي كل احتياجات الموظفات الثقافية والاجتماعية والأعراس والمناسبات، وتتوفر في المشروع مداخل وصالات جلوس فخمة وكافتيريا مكتملة الخدمات وصالات لخدمات الإنترنت والخدمات المختلفة التي تدعم المرأة العاملة بأحدث السبل والوسائل، كما يشمل المشروع خدمات للأطفال تتضمن صالة العاب الأطفال ألحقت بها حديقة خارجية للطفل تحقق الشمولية للنادي.


وتضيف أعمال البستنة والتجميل صورة بصرية للمشروع تجعل منه بيئة متكاملة إذ تتنوع المستويات والتغطيات والألوان لتدعم أناقة المبنى خارجياً وتضفي رؤية بصرية متميزة للمشروع، بينما تلعب الإضاءة الخارجية دوراً يثري الخيال وتجعله في أبهى صورة.


يذكر أن الموظفات يشكلن نسبة 6. % من إجمالي موظفي بلدية دبي المواطنين وغير المواطنين، وتصل نسبة الإناث المواطنات 30% من إجمالي الموظفين المواطنين في بلدية دبي.

Women superiority form where shall I start?

Maybe form the fact that in most of the world girls are doing better than boys in school and they have better marks, also women work harder.

There is no reason why they cant have there own club(s) personally it's nessisary for further advancments of womans rights across the middle east and well any objections agianst this is quite silly.

Trying to be serious for 2 second, I think it is a very good idea because many women may want to swim and do some sport without wearing a swim suit in front of men.

Its not just this, they already have one club on jumeriah beach, and all parks are women only 1 day a week which is fucking annoying!

I could understand a private club. but a municipaly one, where its everyones money is wrong.

They found that there is much more men than women supporting the use of the first atomic bomb against Japan in 1945.

Baby it is women not men that they give birth to life so it would be quit logical that they are more peace loving creature.
