Nope, Venezuela = 100% in the Northern Hemisphere.
And Peru's NORTHERNMOST point is just 5km away from the Equator, curious eh? (Peru = 100% South)

Only the 3 Guyanas are also totally Northern Hemisphere in SA apart from Venezuela.
