it must me Slovakia, there is Slovakian flag in front of building.

The flag is Slovakia I think. But there are more Eastern Europe flags who look like eachother.

Yeah, I just named all the Slovakian cities which were in my atlas. Without the flag it was nearly impossible to guess.
