Ive just seen the grocon logo and name on the corebox of the new worlds tallest hotel on the Sheikh Zayed Strip in Dubai. Its 333m tall and Grocon are in a JV with ACC-Arabian Construction Company.
Maybe they are utilizing grocons high rise expertise.
I have also heard that in addition to a 90F 380m residential tower in the marina about to commence, Multiplex are in the running for a 110F resi tower there too.
