have you seen that the Appel park was actually closed for renovation ? It will be a magnificient link between Ferny Avenue (cruises), passing through Circle piazza and joining Surfers Boulevard.
The works for the gardening should take 3 months and all will be finished arround next December, exactly in the same time that for the opening of the shops and commercial area, planed for CoC. Fantastic !!! :)

lol - i dont thinik many people in this forum get excited over parks!!! Thus, no one has even bothered to respond to this thread with anything, not even a "great" or "that will be great for Surfers". In fact, i think most of these forumers (not me though - being somewhat left) can't wait untill the entire planet is covered in tall buildings, something akin to what u see in recent star wars films.
