Will be the tallest building in netanya, residential tower near the sea intended for mostly french foreign buyers . Construction will take 2 years, started from last week.

Will be in Gad Machnes street, near blueweiss hotel at the south end of the central netanya promenade where once the city open pool stood.

Anybody has a photo of the construction or render of the tower?
it was reported that instead of a wide 18 floor tower they went for
a slimmer 36 floor tower which is good news, everyone should do this!!

Which design is it ? photos 1 & 2 are different from 3 & 4 .

the first rendering looks real good the second one not so much .

the model is what counts, and it looks skinny from the front but "fat" from the sides
because this was the request by the municipality and it is good to build this way so you dont block out the sea like migdalei hof hacarmel

i was there today and they really started works there.....

חברת הבניה משהב החליטה להכפיל את מספר הדירות שתציע למכירה ביריד הדירות הישראלי, שיערך בפריז ביום ו' הבא (18.11.05), כך מסר ל-Nfc מנכ"ל החברה, שמצואל בירנבאום. הוא סיפר, כי החברה תציע למכירה 1,500 דירות ב-14 פרויקטים.

ההחלטה להכפיל את מספר הדירות נבעה מהענין המוגבר, כולל פניות טלפוניות, שמגלים יהודי צרפת בקנית דירות בישראל.

"הפנינה" של משהב יהיה פרויקט חדש בן 108 דירות, על חוף ימה של נתניה, שיוצע למכירה לראשונה ליהדות צרפת. החברה קנתה את המגרש מפרטיים לפני זמן קצר בכ-4 מיליון דולר, וזה עתה סיימה את התיכנון והיא יוצאת למכירות. כידוע, קונים יהודי צרפת בראש ובראשונה דירות על חוף הים, ולכן נראה שיגלו ענין מיוחד בפרויקט זה.

ביריד ישתתפו חברות ישראליות נוספות, אך משהב מקוה להיות אחת הבולטות, משום שהיא מתמחה במכירת דירות למשפחות דתיות. על פי בדיקות אחרונות, חלק גדול מהצרפתים הקונים דירות בישראל הם יהודים דתיים. עד עתה העדיפו לקנות בעיקר דירות בירושלים, ועתה הם מבקשים לקנות במרוכז דירות בריכוזים דתיים. ההצעות של משהב עשויות משום כך לענין אותם במיוחד.

הפרויקט בנתניה יבנה בסמוך לפרויקט "אופרה על הים", ובו שני מגדלים ודירות יוקרה. הפרויקט היה בבעלות אריה את עופר, ונרכש לפני כשנה על ידי נחום עזרא. חלק גדול מ-100 קוני הדירות בפרויקט הם דתיים, ובפרויקט נפתח בית כנסת.

zohar what tower is this new tower by mashhab for french only? is this the same tower of sea tower?
