oh ok, it may look good, also remember that Gindi are building 2 more 30 floor towers over there. so we will have around 20-25 towers over 30 floors from tzameret to givatayim.. this will be a great skyline!

It's about time!!

My god, Yediot/Egged/Tnuva lots just HAVE to be developed! This will be such an awesome skyline.

I've composed an image that will explain what is the problematic form of development of the Tel Aviv CBD, In my opinion.

http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/8515/16ve3.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

as you can see, even with the development of the Tel Aviv lot near Yoo, Tzameret, and Manhatten, there still is a gaping hole between the region and the Azrieli District, full of project that were approved but are frozen. Even with the development of the Elite lot, and any development in the adjecent Givatayim lots, there STILL is no continuity between them and Azrieli - and there is no chance of getting it as long as there the stinking lots of Egged, Tnuva, and Yediot won't be developed. As we all know, the three lots have HUGE projects waiting for them, but there is no market for such projects currently, so the lot owners don't want to half ass it with smaller, 30-40 story towers ( which is good, because such towers will stay there for many many many years).

HOWEVER, This doesn't change the fact that this is a big problem, and that it continues to haunt the tel-aviv skyline.
