yes i think it's Gindi towers because Manhattan is a bit far from City Gate.....

but dont they have to dig basements before bringing a construction crane?

its gindi maybe they are just bringing in the crane for later in a place that wont be dug out, who knows, this company builds VERY fast, the towers a year from now I think will be almost finished!
