I always liked the architecture of Saks 5th Avenue in Utica Square in Tulsa.

As much as I dislike box stores, I do admit that I go to them when I need to.

So big thumbs up to Ikea, Fry's and Target.

I love frys they are like the wal-mart of computer stores, plus no one tries to push some warranty on you like best buy.

Most big box strip malls come with a Taco Bueno and a California Nails. Other than the boring nostalgiac developers try to force on people, and the cheesy granny types that waste their day shopping at these crap filled installments, I do admit that I am a junkie at the Barnes & Noble off of Ed Noble and I 35.

apparently you have never shopped at best buy, at Fry's you can get a warranty but at best buy they try to push them on you for a commission.

I was wondering wether any of the frys near you guys are themed. They opend a seond one in SD county and its themed after Atlanits. It has giant fish tanks and all the murals are made after under sea backdrops. In the front entrance there are two giant oboliskes that at night some of the time have "lighting" shotting up and down them. It reminds me of a vegas casino, accept more tv and computers rather then slots.

So if your frys are themed, what are they themed after? Thanks for any responce.

Very interesting, thank you. I wonder why the San Diego one is so plain.

The Fry's Electronics in Renton, WA (near Seattle) is themed with late 1800's style design in the store with marble floors, marble tables and dark wood and trims that resemble Renton's history back in the 1800's.

yeah, the target by my place is a two storey one. I don't find it much of a hassle at all.
