Hello, welcome to "guess the county". Here, I will present you with a few counties from around the USA and you must figure out what their name is.

Today, I start off with some relatively easy ones.

Points:
3 for the county
1 for state

If you are a local to the area or a resident of one of the states whose counties are represented here, or if you know one or more these as soon as you look at them, please do not reply here (or at least guess that county or counties)...let's have some fun with those who don't know where it is.

They are all in the USA.

One of them is from GA.

None have been flipped to my knowledge.

3. Johnson County, GA?
GA's is not #3.
GA's County is along the fall line, and is a major city.
They are all in the South or Midwest by SSC's definitions.

And, I cannot believe Fusi said that.

Perhaps I might make this simpler next time.

I'll provide a map of one of the states later.

Correct!

One of the other two is in a neigboring state to GA other than Alabama.

One more clue (I won't be this helpful in future ones, but they will be a little simpler):
World History taught you that these two cities from the ancient Greek Empire were comstantly at war with each other. One of these counties shares a name in some form with one of these ancient Greek cities.

True, nathan. 4 points, I believe, to you.

Spartanburg County:

One more clue to help out with the third one.

One of SC's cities shares a name with the seat of the 3rd county, and this county is in the American Midwest.

As said before, I won't be this helpful in my later threads.
