I was actually confronted only once in Chicago....but we were acting pretty suspicious so they did have reasonable grounds to question us. We were trying to sneak up to the top level of a hospital garage complex (which is in the middle of a ghetto) to take a picture of the skyline. The same night all chicago hospitals were on hightened terror alerts so the security was much more suspicious of odd activity. But I haven't really felt any discrimination based on my background since 9/11 happened. Once someone yelled out "Al Queda" while I was shooting some skyscraper pics, but that's about it.

Since getting my digi cam, I've often had nights tryin to take photos that are bareable, lol.. I've grown up hating havin pics taken cos of having bad hair, bad skin n glasses..lol, but after playing with the software on me comp, I managed to make me photos better.. n like em more, which then helps you appreciate the reality so.. I find doin this theraputic (others may say vain :) ) lol..
