To organize the current major towers planned in Israel, this is the list:

Tsameret Towers - (3 towers Res. 34 floors) Completed
Government Center - 42 floors
The Museum Tower - 23 floors
Sonol tower - 26 floors

Under Construction right now
Namir Zone
Manhattan Tower - Res. 40-45 floors - starting to dig
Yoo 1 - Res. 39 floors - up to 15th floor
Yoo 2 - Res. 34 floors - up to 4th floor
South Tel Aviv
Bank Discount Tower - 30 floors - up to 25th
First International Tower - 32 floors - up to basements
Beeri Naharda - Status unknown, on hold over bankrupcy
Neve Tzedek Tower - Res. 44 floors - up to 10th
North Tel Aviv
Cliff towers - Res. 2 - 13 floors
Gimel Towers Res. (7 towers of 17 floors) - starting
Ramat Aviv Tower 2 - Res. 22 floors - starting

Approved but not started yet
2-3 More Res. Towers in Namir Zone ("One" Tower, ~40 floors)
Azrieli Square Tower - 50 floors (Construction expected in October)
Cinerama Tower - 50 floors (on hold)
Ampa Tower - 60 floors (on hold)
Sitonai Project - 4 Residential 40-floor towers, postponed until sitonai market
is moved, also appeals courts, at least a year

"Givatayim City" - Two new 50 floor towers near R.G Stock Exchange
"Trump/Elite" Tower - 60 floor near City Gate, currently the lot is for sale.

what is shirat hayamim?! never heard of it, how many floors?

ooops it's "ir hayamim"
but we have another new neighbour "Shirat hayamim" near to "irhayamim"
Riviera towers are in shirat hayamim neighbour also there will new hotel....

Hillcrest is said in RG municipality website as 36 floors.

All these towers, ayalon and hillcrest and the other planned will be at 40 floors
and the same heights.

yes it's different city but the distance between those 2 cities is 100 metres:))
