looks to be 28-31 storeys, Diamond + Schmitt
this beauty will sit right next to Hudson...and will do a good job of showing it up. Haven't heard anything about it on SSC, but saw it mentioned on UT, thought everyone should take a look.

Hudson is on the NE corner of King & Spadina. This is just east of the Hudson, on the parking lot.

Very nice IMO, the only thing that bugs me are the two skinny columns that separate the podium from the tower. Not "proportionate" to the eye. Makes the building look weak kneed. Need square columns proportined to the size of the windows above and below.

Is this project already approved, or still being proposed at this point?
Looks really nice, and well situated right beside Hudson as both are fairly close in height. Spadina seems to have some potential for the future. I can see some of the older warehouses replaced between King & Front. The Winners, Esso, Shell, etc could all be good locations to develop along Spadina.
