And Jorge Perez :) is not even half finished yet, he's got more towers for Miami on his Mind, after ICON at Brickell, ICON MIAMI :) is next, you'll see, and he will build downtown lofts 3 in the future, its in the plans at the same sales center site as Loft 2, they told me there, that old building will be coming down after Loft 2 is completed. :cheers:

Yes Renner :) , not only the 60 story tower, which is already SOLD OUT !!!, on the old Sheraton Biscayne bay hotel, which is coming down soon, but two more towers at 55 and 51 floors each named ICON at Brickell all, three on the same property. 500 Brickell is accross the street , twin 44 floor towers topped off together at the top, ALL Jorge Perez, he's the Man !!! :cheers: Go Cranes !!! :)

whoa thats news to me ROARK, directly to the left of the 500 brickell lot is ANOTHER related project? 60 stories? before of after the metromover thats a pretty small parcel to shoot straight up to 60, or is it the lot after the metromover to the west of 500!!! man i really did think related was done from south fl for a while this may be much anticipated loft 3. roark didnt u buy into BOR? when is date of completion of BOR and this new project will be right in front of BOR phase 2 that sucks blocks all views for BOR 1and 2

I bought Brickell on the River tower One....unobstructed views to the Bay. I'm out of that now...Tower two, is not yet sold out...and has a loft concept, those buyers just might suffer a bit.
I sold 8 apts in BotR, everyone that wanted to resell did (they bought at first price list) and the 4 people that are going to keep that apartments have the best apartments in the first tower. The second tower was represented by a different company....I didn't sell anything in the second tower (for obvious reasons)...that is the one that will be effected.

yeah thats what I thought too, a storage cuz the parcel with rocks and trees next to it just had all the trees cut down and removed and i thought to myself; oh they are going to use this land for construction staging area, but another tower man i guess more power to him. SO THE EAST TO WEST STRIP BETWEEN 5th AND 6th STREET ON BRICKELL AVE JORGE CAN HONESTLY SAY " THATS ALL ME RIGHT THERE, ICONBRICKELL 500BRICKELL AND ?????BRICKELL 6 TOWERS IN A ROW"
