here are a couple pictures of crystal beach. i was up in canada and buffalo visiting my grandparents, who have a cottage west of crystal beach.

some very upscale beach houses on the site of the old crystal beach amusement park. the houses kind of remind me of the jersey shore of the beaches we have down here in delaware.

looking at the cottages and boats in abino bay near bay beach. there are several yacht clubs and canoe clubs along abino bay, and several regattas are held in these waters.

some sailboats as they make their way past the point abino lighthouse. the lighthouse was built in 1917 to replace the buffalo lightship, which sank in 1913. the lighthouse is 98 feet tall, and marks the opint where a rock shelf juts out from land into the lake.

Crystal Beach seems like a quiet beach town, too bad the amusement park went away. I love the skyline view too and the city!
