International architect offers to help save Iloilo River

AN INTERNATIONAL landscape architect and urban planner offered his services in saving the dying Iloilo River through his urban designs and complementary plans.

Architect Paolo Alacarazen, who became famous for his work on the Singapore River, showed his works done in Singapore and Thailand in Iloilo.

Senator Franklin Drilon invited Alacarazen to join the Iloilo River Summit, which will gather stakeholders and government agencies to discuss and forge decision on the many violations of 67 commercial establishments, fishpens, use of fish traps, and construction of houses along the riverbanks.

Drilon said that Alcarazen could help turn Iloilo River into a center of tourism and economic activities in the city.

City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog also invited Alcarazen to see and draft a rehabilitation plan for the city's premier Jaro Plaza.

Alcazaren has tremendous experience in urban planning and modern architectural designs.

AN international landscape architect and urban planner has offered his services to save the dying Iloilo River through his urban designs and complementary plans.

The architect can use his experience in turning around the Singapore River to its present grandeur, becoming a center of socio-economic activities of the Singaporean people.

In this city last weekend, Architect Paolo Alcazaren showed his works in Singapore and Thailand that could be a blueprint in saving and preserving the arm of the sea within the city and making it a major tourism hub of the city.
Senator Franklin M. Drilon invited Alcazaren to join the Iloilo River Summit that gathered stakeholders and government agencies under one roof to discuss and forge decisions on the many violations of 67 commercial establishments, fishpens and fishtraps and houses along the riverbanks last Saturday.

Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog also invited Alcazaren to see and draft a rehabilitation plan for the city’s premier Jaro Plaza.

I posted this before. Wala gid nagsala si Dr. La Viña about Jed.

Excerpt from this article recognizing Jed Mabilog as one of the most promising political leaders of the country by DR. Antonio La Viña.
The test is how he will run the city government and the development of Iloilo City.

BTW, Antonio G. M. La Viña is a Filipino lawyer, educator, and environmental policy expert. He is currently dean of the Ateneo School of Government in Makati City, Philippines.

Dr. Antonio La Viña
BY KARLA ANGELICA G. PASTORES EDITORIAL CONSULTANT

Who do you think are the most promising political leaders in the country?

DILG [Department of Interior and Local Government] Secretary Jesse Robredo. I’m excluding the President and national figures, otherwise I would have included Sec. Abad. But the new ones . . . I think Sec. Robredo stands out as an icon if good governance that can do things well but also politically astute.

Senator TG Guingona is someone I’m really looking forward to excel in his work. Senator Francis Pangilinan, if he gets elected as Senate President, I think a figure to look up to. He was my student, actually. Sen. Pia Cayetano was my schoolmate, a year younger than me in UP Law. CHED [Commission on Higher Education] Secretary [Patricia] Licuanan, we welcome her. We think she’s going to be very good for tertiary education in this country. [Department of Education Secretary] Brother Armin [Luistro] has a big job before him and we support him as well. Among the younger politicians, I’ve a lot of hope for Vice Mayor [Joy] Belmonte in Quezon City. Mayor [Herbert] Bautista, he’s really trained for that job. Also Mayor Jed Mabilog of Iloilo City, who is a graduate of the School of Government. He’s actually the first graduate of the School of Government that is a mayor of a big city.

I would agree to some of your points. I mean, assuming na waay gin propose ni Injap ang tower na ina, does it mean na economically behind ang city ta? Nope, its not. Our city will be fine, it will still be strong and will still continue to attract investors, both local, manila based(even cebu based), and foreign. With the proposal to build that tower, we're just happy that Injap continues to invest in our city. He has never left us, unlike the lopezes.

That tower does not mean na nalapawan ta ang bacolod in terms of progress or development, rather, it means that our economy is strong, our market is robust, our city is vibrant to the extent that it can support a project of that scale.

On the other hand mare, the strong reactions that come from our kasimanwas here regarding the fake issue, its just for fun, we're playing with their hate, which is always fun to do. As for me, its a non-issue whether we have LGBTQI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Queer, Intersex) members here or whatever because in any case being LGBTQI doesn't make a person more or less human than any of us (straight people). :)

But if 4threich wanted to really know, I would suggest, one way to find out is to attend any SSC Iloilo Meet (during Dinagyang or Aliwan Festival) and see for himself or If they themselves will volunteer that info here then that is fine. :okay::)

Regarding LAPSUS CALAMI article below:

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INJAP BLDG AND CITY HALL

THE Injap building along the highway fronting SM City Iloilo is a 21-storey structure with complete modern facilities for office and residential accommodation. The cost of the project is P198 million.
On the other hand, the Iloilo City Hall being constructed is only a seven-storey structure. But its project cost is almost P400 million (the cost of furniture and fixtures is not yet included).
Why?
Concerned sectors are entertaining negative ideas about the propriety of the government project, which to them has been anomalously handled by our past leaders and officials.
We will not be surprised if later on, criminal charges would be filed at the Office of the Ombudsman against the suspected malefactors.

damo man sa ila inde dapat taha-on kay sila man mismo gahimo mga butang para inde sila pagrespetuhon, like the way they speak and treat other people. fags/queers, you know...
And so? That's the way they are. They are still people and they too deserve some respect. Ngaa, may ara ayhan nga "straight" acting nga indi man offensive? My thought is, those people who are stating that "damu man sa ila inde dapat taha-on because of the way they speak and treat people" are homophobes, IMHO.

With all due respect señor, if this would be our basis, would we also feel the same way for our Muslim brethren, agnostics, atheists, etc because they acted "differently" from the mainstream society of standardized norms.

And also, treating them generally as the same is like labelling them like a Jew in World War 2.

Sa tuod lang, damu pa da LGBTQI nga "closeta" kumpara sa "out" and they act "normally straight" as mandated by the society. And I say, they took a lot more courage to defy what the "norms" are, both personally and socially.

Sorry, just stating out my opinion too regarding that particular issue. My point here is RESPECT whatever you are, whoever you are. Guinabaton na gani sang Simbahang Katolika sila (except promiscuity of course), kita pa nga madlang people?

yes man, maski ano pa da...sa pag exchange sang ideas kag kuro-koro daw wala man na ga matter kon member ka sang LGBTQI. Importante mayo lang nga pag abyanay sa cyberworld a.:)
In my opinion, if you are different it doesn't mean you are a "lesser person." That kind of thinking is so Nazi, IMO.

The difference between a government project and a private project is that the former is always scrutinized, the latter only scrutinized whenever a catastrophe or an accident hits.

I would agree to some of your points. I mean, assuming na waay gin propose ni Injap ang tower na ina, does it mean na economically behind ang city ta? Nope, its not. That tower does not mean na nalapawan ta ang bacolod in terms of progress or development, rather, it means that our economy is strong, our market is robust, our city is vibrant to the extent that it can support a project of that scale.

I very much agree with you on Injap, gani he's my idol gid he he, kay ngaa sya nag labugay sa mga negosyante sa Iloilo. Kon wala ya gin sugudan ang iban wala gid siguro naga karakasa nga mag invest man sa Iloilo. te ara subong palumba lumba na sila.

Ang mga lopezes tamadan na ko mag comment kay wala man ni dapat sa ila i comment kay wala man ni mapuslan mga ilonggo sa ila sila lang gusto mangin pulos pirmi. Lantawa lang bala ang peco. anyway sige lang we ilonggos should remember all these people nga naka dumdum gid sang tuod tuod sa Iloilo.

As to Bacolod, mayo gani ga competition ta ah, basta healthy lang. no one is stronger than the other kay te pareho man lang ta nga ga kinahanglan pa gid sang madamo nga developments.

Kag tani if that is for fun tani indi na pag palawigon kay te fun man lang bala. tsakto na na ang pabati bati ah kay daw kalaw ay daw binata bata bala. Oo amo na! Tsakto! Kay sang January nakita ko may ara na da tarp saying future site sang Caritas Health Shield bla mo (or Veritas? basta may 'tas' ah ).

RE BOLD SENTENCE:
Pwede man, kay dako na da nga lupa kag gapalaba... hasta na sa suba.

Grabe gid gle ni plano ni Injap. :D
Kung mag-amo sini, patilaw pa lang ni ang Injap 21! According to Daks kung maayo ang reception, te, we will be seeing more. So Market forces (buyers) gid ang makadecide sina. In other words market driven (demand), kung dako pa gid demand, ready gid mag-supply si Injap. Te, considering this is the ONLY High Rise Residential/Condotel for the moment (no visible or announced competitor yet). Dumugon gid ini sang Ilonggo buyers. :okay:

I very much agree with you on Injap, gani he's my idol gid he he, kay ngaa sya nag labugay sa mga negosyante sa Iloilo. Kon wala ya gin sugudan ang iban wala gid siguro naga karakasa nga mag invest man sa Iloilo. te ara subong palumba lumba na sila.

Ang mga lopezes tamadan na ko mag comment kay wala man ni dapat sa ila i comment kay wala man ni mapuslan mga ilonggo sa ila sila lang gusto mangin pulos pirmi. Lantawa lang bala ang peco. anyway sige lang we ilonggos should remember all these people nga naka dumdum gid sang tuod tuod sa Iloilo.

As to Bacolod, mayo gani ga competition ta ah, basta healthy lang. no one is stronger than the other kay te pareho man lang ta nga ga kinahanglan pa gid sang madamo nga developments.

Kag tani if that is for fun tani indi na pag palawigon kay te fun man lang bala. tsakto na na ang pabati bati ah kay daw kalaw ay daw binata bata bala. Ako ya bal an tak an sang sagi wakwak/linibak daw inagi na ya. kasabad sang mga baba. di na sagi bala wakwakanay pakitaay na lang ebidensya ah.

Anyway, bira bira lang ta ya sa dev'ts sa iloilo. let's work together with our mayor jed and senator frank nga bira bira man pangita sang mga investors kag pag panami pa gid sang iloilo:banana::banana:

sin o na may price da sa Injap21? share man bi kamo kon may ara kamo idea basi pa lang ah:lol:

Maayong gab-i sa tanan!

Indi na tani ako mag-intra sa Fake issue kay ga-enjoy lang ko basa sang mga discussions galing kay may nadumduman ko nga idea related to Fake concept.

Let us take a look about the Fake projects here in Dubai and how they turn it into something remarkable and grand. Even the whole whole mapa WOW kag daw indi makapati sang ila development. Dubai loves to make something big out of FAKES........fake islands, fake lagoons, fake lakes, fake rivers, and a lot more. They started it with fake man-made island where you can find the iconic Burj Al Arab, the only 7-star hotel in the world. Next is the Atlantis,The Palm Dubai located in the far end of the fake man-made Palm Jumeirah island. Atlantis is one of the expensive hotels in the middle east. Then came the fake lagoon/lake in front of the tallest building in the whole world, the BURJ Khalifa tower. In this fake lagoon you will see the world's tallest dancing fountain. There are a lot of magnificent structures that Dubai can boast for but these edifices are already sufficient for info purposes out of FAKES.

IMO, Iloilo is also joining the bandwagon regarding this fake concept. I think Injap 21-storey tower started this already. Fake na kon fake ang importante naumpisahan na ini nga concept. Let us just wait for the day nga it will become a reality........THE TALLEST TOWER in REGION 6.

The Negotiator

Sunday, 25 July 2010 00:00

The best thing with him is, he is not afraid to invest his money in ILOILO, which I believe remains untapped til the present.

Int’l architect offers services for Iloilo River
By Lydia C. Pendon

Drilon said that Alcazaren can help Iloilo City make the river a center of the people’s tourism and economic activities.

CNN's Feature on "Is Manila Ready for the Big Quake?" (http://cnn.com/video/?/video/tech/2010/04/21/coren.manila.unprepared.quake.cnn) Makes me wonder if Jun Palafox himself has visualized the catastrophic scenario of a major earthquake that may hit Iloilo City. CNN's Feature on "Is Manila Ready for the Big Quake?" Yeah...but seeing Dagupan in 1990 and even Christchurch still gives me the chills. Was thinking of affordable earthquake dampers for buildings located on liquefaction-prone areas since the nature of earthquakes in these areas are different from the one on "solid rock" areas.

Mas kahadlukan actually gani diri sa Manila...

Maybe I'm just a bit paranoid about earthquakes.

Yup paranoia... what's important is you are always ready and alert. As what is usually being repeated in earthquake/fire evacuation drills, be sure that when you enter a building you are aware of the locations of fire exits.

Yup paranoia... what's important is you are always ready and alert. As what is usually being repeated in earthquake/fire evacuation drills, be sure that when you enter a building you are aware of the locations of fire exits.
Actually, that was brought to you by too much watching NatGeo. But seriously, I am concerned...In case where I work, we're just a kilometer away from Marikina Valley fault.

Its not coffee...its lack of sleep, by the way. ;) :nocrook:

Sin-o nag siling sa imo man ah, these places are suki guid ini sang earthquake kag hurricane hilabi na guid ining Long Beach/Malibu in Cali and Long Beach in Miss kag ining New Orleans ay abaw ah! Pero tan-awa bala subong after Hurricane Katrina and Rita NAGDUGANG pa guid gani ang mga highrises sa sini nga mga areas. Kadto di bala kay ilagaw ta guid ikaw sa Highway 90 halin New Orleans, La hasta Miami, Fl :). Kada tapos sang trahedya ang mga americano diri guina-estudyyhan dayon kon paano nga INDI maapektuhan ang infras, like what happened during Huricane Katrina and Rita. Got it?!! ;):)

Umm, I was referring to earthquakes and the places you've mentioned earlier are not prone to quakes. They are far from California, or even the mid-Atlantic Ridge or the Caribbean. Earthquakes are different from hurricanes, although Florida is prone to sinkholes, the Gulf Coast to hurricanes and the mid-west to tornadoes. I know what I'm saying and I know those cities that you've mentioned.

Sorry madame but I don't give my 100% confidence or trust with Uncle Sam when it comes to disaster-risk management or perhaps even more with policy-making.

And yeah, if I go there--oh hindrance, I just hope that the US Embassy would grant me that seemingly hard-to-earn US Tourist Visa.

Unlike sa Pinas both alagyan kita sang hurricane, or super bagyo, kag within kita sa earthquake belt..:).. pero I trust you, indi man ko taga US..ehehhe

@Berns, indi ka magkahadlok, waay gani sa bungog subong sang taga Baguio nga naagyan na... bisan diin lang patindug building nga wala ma earthquake Test, halos tanan di nga pamalay puro "cliffhanger". Daw sa waay lang man ah heheh

Whatever you say...but these are no jokes.

DOST iloilo has set up an important study, it's in the works as we speak,, with a grant from a foreign country.
mapping sila lilo, identifying the districts structures and buidlings and other data needed by the Program,
with this mabal an ang potential fire zones, rescue priority areas, etc.. para ma preparahan sang disaster management offices in advance..this is city wide..

mahimo sila computerized generated earthquake scenario, high techie stuff..

kon Fake ini nga HH, lihog tawag sa DOST..basi fake man ang office nga ina, halong kamo..

sin o source ko? si Floyd the barber ah...lol,
Fake na! I tell you. Kay wala capabilities ang DOST. Kurakuton lang na sang opisyales ang grant. Fake ina.....toinks!!! :bash:  :jk:

Don't ask Floyd the barber. Ask Floyd Mayweather....

Lin-ay: the Statue of Ilonggo Pride

http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4084/linayatcityhall.jpg
Lin-ay as simulated in the New Iloilo City Hall render

The "Lin-ay" actually is a 15-foot statue of an Ilongga lady that will be put on top of the dome of the new City Hall, which the honorable mayor of Iloilo City - Jed Patrick E. Mabilog wants to make this as an icon of the city.

This Statue of Ilonggo Pride, is another obra of renowned multi-media visual artist, Professor Edward Defensor.

The lady, is a composite of Ilongga ladies and a true Ilongga in all aspects. She is shown hugging with her right arm, newly-harvested stalks of rice, and in her left hand she is holding a scythe ("garab"), most common harvesting implement of the province. She is as well standing on a field of newly-harvested rice, all to symbolize the prosperity ("kauswagan") of the province and its great city of Iloilo. Her head is tilted up in a pose to symbolize hope ("paglaum"), and her entire mien symbolizes peace ("paghidaet")

The woman statue wears a “Patadyong” skirt and a “Sablay” made of Hablon, products of the then flourishing weaving industry in Iloilo. On its chest is an ethnic necklace symbolic of the rich ethnic culture of Iloilo, also a symbol of being a descendant of the royal line of Datus and a denizen of Iloilo’s internationally known folk-history.

http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/9890/linay.jpg
Lin-ay: the Statue of Ilonggo Pride

The "Lin-ay" is standing on a squarish pedestal, festooned with ethnic designs, but most importantly, the four sides will be sculpted with images of the four major economic components of Iloilo--rice farming, sugar cane farming, fishing, and the industrial component.

She will be completely in bronze, and like the Lady of Freedom of Washington D.C. will also serve as a lightning rod.

Upon completion she will be the biggest statue in Iloilo City and the whole of Iloilo province, and our first important cultural edifice since the Arroyo fountain which was put up in the early 1900s.

PPA: Wharf expansion needed to accommodate more vessels
Thursday, 10 March 2011

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) will expand the Iloilo River wharf at the cost of P1.7 billion to accommodate the influx of commercial vessels and enhance commerce and trade in Iloilo City.

This was announced by PPA General Manager Juan Sta. Ana during the Iloilo River Summit last weekend as he pledged that PPA will finish dredging and return the mouth of the river from its current three meters to its old five meters depth.

Sta. Ana said that PPA dredged and removed 250,000 cubic meters of mud and silt last year with the dredged materials brought to Guimaras and another 200,000 cubic meters removed this year from the mouth of the river at the Parola up to Arroyo St.

The Department of Public Works and Highways also committed to dredge the river from Arroyo St. up to Oton, Dungon Creek, Calajunan Creek and Batiano River as soon as its dredging machine arrives before the end of this month.

Sta. Ana said the expansion at Fort San Pedro will include an additional berthing area and container port of some 260 meters with an additional 300 meters as back-up area. This will entail some P1.7 billion in expenses with another P220 million from the national government for the development of the Rotary Park as a ferry terminal for pumpboats plying between Iloilo and Guimaras.

The PPA has already removed two of the 10 sunken vessels and derelicts and has given notice to the owners up to March 30, 2011 to remove their vessels through the local newspapers.

It has also issued a circular for vessels queuing for repair along the Iloilo River particularly at the Lapuz area. At present, there are 34 vessels for repair at the Lapuz shipyard and most are hindering the passage at the river mouth.*PNA

Cops to secure demolition team

BY RUBY P. SILUBRICO

ILOILO City – The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) is ready to provide security to a team that the city government will deploy to demolish illegal structures from the Iloilo River.

Chief Supt. Cipriano Querol Jr., regional police director, said around 100 personnel from the Regional Public Safety Battalion can ensure peace and order during the demolition.

Owners of illegal structures such as fish pens and traps have been given until March 30 to remove their structures from the arm of the sea.

Establishments and residences along the riverbank were also given notices to vacate and provide river easement of at least three meters.

“My personnel are ready in case the demolition team meets resistance from the owners of illegal structures,” said Querol.

The Maritime Command Office to will also be patrolling the Iloilo River, he added.

Fish pens and fish traps impede the flow of the river and cause siltation.

Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog said siltation slowly kills the river and contributes largely to flooding in the city’s low lying areas.

The city government will soon develop the one-kilometer river stretch from Jalandoni Bridge to Drilon Bridge as a tourist destination and water sports area.

Fish pen operators recently assured Mabilog that they will demolish their fish pens and traps from the Iloilo River before the deadline.

But Nestor Tribunal, recognized head of the River Fish Pen Operators Association, said the P10,000 financial assistance promised to them by the city government would not be enough, citing the high cost of living.

A total of 73 fish pen operators from the north and south San Jose in Molo district form the initial batch to be given assistance to help them start other livelihoods such as trisikad, sari-sari store or fish trading at the city fishing port complex.

Mabilog said the financial aid is at par with the national government’s assistance to displaced overseas Filipino workers who came home because of the violence in Libya.

The city mayor further said fish pen operators can still fish at the river using hook line and sinker or use fish nets and boat, but they should not use fine mesh nets.

On the other hand, Cong. Jerry Treñas said he is willing to help the displaced fishermen in their livelihood projects.

The first batch of beneficiaries will receive their financial assistance within this month, the city mayor said.

The river, actually an arm of the sea, is a major waterway of the city and home to hundreds of mangroves and fish species. (With a report from Philippine News Agency/PN)

PLEASE HAVE SOME SHAME, COUNCILOR YEE

COUNCILOR Edward Yee has been given until March 30 to demolish his illegal structure from the Diversion Road and Iloilo River – the Barbeque Park.
But if he has even just an iota of shame left in his balding pate, Mr. Yee should not wait for the deadline to demolish his illegal structure.
He is a public official. He should set the right example to the people of Iloilo City.
Yee’s shameless obstinacy should be denounced by all, more so because he is a city government official who should always be held accountable for his actions.
No less than Sen. Frank has warned Mr. Yee to get rid of his illegal structure or face the full force of the law.
Such warning from a high government official should send shivers down the obstinate spine of Yee. But the guy’s skin seems thicker than an elephant hide.
Say mo, Mayor Jed?

Upon completion she will be the biggest statue in Iloilo City and the whole of Iloilo province, and our first important cultural edifice since the Arroyo fountain which was put up in the early 1900s.

bago sila tuod sa ILOILO pero sobra sila katama ka agresibo. In fairness, kadugay na sila sa Property Development and may kuwarta gid ni sila iya. Just think nga in a year's time, two projects ang gin-launch nila sa Iloilo --- AYALA TECHNOHUB (Iloilo City) and AYALA AVIDA (Pavia). I'm sure kung mag-decide ni sila nga magpatindog condo or mall sa Iloilo, they have the needed fund to start their projects as soon as possible. And ang ila style sa Iloilo iya is start the project and launch it immediately employing massive marketing strategies.

Deym! SUPAHLIKE!:applause:http://www.laymark.com/i/o/07.gif (http://www.laymark.com)

Let me describe it to you: I can see a six-lane divided highway with landscaped center island, with a dense skyline of medium rise buildings in the distance and a 21-storey SKYSCRAPER in the left foreground and the biggest shopping mall in the country west of Cebu City in the right foreground. Go figure. :D

Ang mag-react sa "biggest shopping mall in the country west of Cebu City" - loudly or silently - row 4 sa geography. ;)

Ahahaha! I like the mild sarcasm and the dry humor!:okay:

A simple arithmetic problem: 21 + 14 = 35. Correct? Whistle, whistle... My lips are sealed... :D

So if that is the case, even if I use all my fingers and toes it wouldn't suffice?

Iloilo braces for new market value on real properties

THE Iloilo City Government is readying requirements for the mandatory implementation of new market value on real properties, which will require regulation ordinance from the City Council.

City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog said the new market value on real property will be implemented in 2012.

Mabilog said the Department of Finance mandates the local government unit to increase valuation of real property taxes every three years but the City Government delayed the implementation in 2008 due to adverse effects of Typhoon Frank.

The City Council is set to conduct public hearings in June 2011 to gauge the acceptance of real property owners. The new market schedule will affect 148,000 registered real property owners.

City assessor Nelson Parreño said the city has 8,600 hectares of land but not all are taxable. (Lydia C. Pendon)

Pre, remember, as of now NO VISIBLE COMPETITOR yet for INJAP. And it seems ALI emerged from the shadows to challenge Injap's dominance in the condo business....

Now, this is interesting. You know why, it will eventually become a two way fight... between ALI and InjapLand. But what's getting me excited is that do you think that only ALI will challenge InjapLand? If ALI joins the fray, could SMDC and RLC be far behind? Looks like it will be a 4 way battle royale for me... and all this happening while the giant named MW is asleep in Mandurriao.
And the local players, do you think, they will just take all these sitting down? Now, thats a very good question that deserves a very good answer! Let us go back to Sam's arithmetic... hehehe :D

This is the scenario playing in my mind as of the moment. :D

Only time will tell, if I am right or wrong. ;)

in my opinion since bag-o pa man lng ang market sang ayala diri sa iloilo so they are just testing the waters for now.kon makapanggamot na kag grabe ang demand sang techno hub kag avida iloilo dira na sila madecide kon mapatindog sila condo kag maybe ayala mall in the future..
we just need to keep iloilo's economy bullish and robust.make it more business and tourists friendly.

^^
Precisely! Again, it will depend on the market forces. If the demand is there and overwhelming then its a GO! :okay:

five-storey maybe?:lol::lol: joke lang ah.
Gasala na dungan ko sa kadamo sang HH. Ang AYALA wala gid madala sa mga HH lately. Basi kibuton na lang kita sini iya. Anyway, thanks for the info IAMME. Dugang na gid gutok dira sa Smallville area. Hahaha! The timing couldn't be more apt! :D:okay:

Look at the title. Doesn't this tell you something? It says REAL PROPERTIES not fake. :):D:lol:
It seems there is a pending BOOM in real estate value that is why the need for new valuation. This is how the market will be gauge.

And I think both the local and national players in this line of business did some landbanking foreseeing the eventual appreciation of the property value of real estate in this side of town.
