and "qúy"....many newspaper use this term when they refered to a certain time a building is being constructed.......eg. saigon spaceship will be built "qúy 3 of 2005" what's that mean?

yep, ha means hectare.
And quý means quarter.
If some one told you that one building will be built in "quý 3 of 2005", this means that building will be built in quarter 3 of 2005.

but the word "ha" is very questionable, I was asssuming that too, until I read some books, they said saigon zoo is 20ha and in bracket they put equal to 16-18 hectare, so ha and hectare are two different measurement.

so just because they don't have the last name Nguyen doesn't mean they're are not Vietnamese.

But you know why there are a lot of Vietnamese have that last name?

the Nguyen family got special potion to mass produce babies.....they're are very dangerous people. watch out for them. They will turn your white, black, asian babies into Nguyen's babies too.........yep they can control all babies......even Istanbul babies

I don't think a lot of people have done this, but try to get someone accompany you to walk around the street of Downtown Saigon during midnight.
I did it, it was so nice, the air was fresh, the streets were clean and quiet.

you don't have to worry about your safety in the city center, because a lot of those big business buildings got security guards, so many security guards around district 1 and 3.
plus there are a lot of foreign tourists couldn't sleep so they 're everywhere. 2-3am and I could still see them taking pictures infront of the cathedral.
it's so nice to see saigon like that. but there are also spooky things, like drug addicts and prostitution, once ya step outside the downtown area...............so I urge ya or anyone if you want to walk the street during midnight have someone with you......I however was alone :)

In fact, It is also what I like in Saigon , riding a bicycle on the wet streets after midnight. I did the same in Huê' but in Huê', only central streets are enlightened .

yeah go alone if you only wanted to enjoy the scenery, but if you were to take pictures during midnight in Saigon then ya should get someone to be your security guard.....or that camera of yours will just scream "rob me ..rob me"

Vietnameses, once in the right place, are extremely dangerous. Ask me personally if u wanna know why ;)
