AGREE!!! I make here only every weekend one - cachaca of pinga is just too expensive in the import with all these alcohol taxes on it :( In Brazil I drink it every second day maybe :lol:

In the bars they make some modifications.... instead of cachaça they put vodka so they call it caipiroska and with other drinks! But i prefer the caipirinha :D

I like both - as I said I am the cachaca and vodka guy :)

If you don't like the alcohol taste too much and want it softer, use vodka. Caipiroska is mostly a bit more tender in taste...
