This building looks so weird that the municipality wanted to demolish it and build another building instead of it- but unfortunately, the architect (who obviously is slightly weird) lives in the other side of the street and doesn't let anyone to demolish his creation...

Looks a bit like the Groninger Forum they're about to build in Groningen, the Netherlands. (Which is however NOT a cool building imho. Well, it's cool, but definately in the wrong place.)

^^ Very nice. I went to a lecture presented by Wilkinson Eyre architects last week and they were quite proud of the tallest building they've designed! It's a lovely tower.
