just got back from SM site office. Collected my S&P already. Damn those guards won't even let me in to survey the inside of SM, even after I told them I already bought a unit (S&P as a proof). They told me to arrange with officials from kondo servis if I want to take a look around. Well, at least I know that the place is damn secure :okay:.

Looks like I will need the help of farid to smuggle me in...hehehehehehhee.

Those who are wondering whether or not we can install a bath tub in the master bath, the answer is probably yes. the width our master bath is about 1700mm, and I found a bath tub measuring 1500 mm on the internet. Slightly smaller than the conventional bath tub though. Might go window shopping to one of those bathrooom fittings & accessories shops after this to find out. I was thinking those in Jln. Ipoh. I will let you guys know the results from my finding later on.

i saw a unit with wooden sliding door... mgt did not take any action also...

i can give you a very good and practical idea...use air cond compression as your dryer ...1 stone kill 2 birds....very effective....


hmm i wonder where is ur aircon compressor located?...

your unit is very nice...is your renovator Modern Sense that have the showroom at groud floor in Lanai?

The mgmt tried to intercom and slip warning notice to their doors but they also ignore. according to mgmt, the "stubburn" resident mostly rented the place and does not care it...maybe we can form a team to ADVISE them..what do u thing?

I think we as owner of Seri Maya should cooperate with the mgmt to highlight any non-compliance issue....

I put it at the groud floor of the yard with L shape hanger to support it..so you cannot see from outside and mgmt also does not allow u to display the compressor beyond yr area in order to maintain the fascade of the buidling for the sake of all Seri Mayan...

I agreed with u...the workmanship not so smooth....but did u compare a few first before engaging them for the reno. work?
