Facility: Luxury residential apartment development

Size: A total built up area of 71,915sqm incorporating: basement parking, two apartment buildings of 27,545sqm each, a facilities and sports centre, and a grand entrance gatehouse with administration and security offices.

Status: Construction Underway

This luxury residential apartment development in Baku, is to be built on the fringes of the city in a quiet residential area. The buildings, which are designed to complement the rich and diverse blend of classical architecture found in Baku, are positioned within landscaped grounds in a park-like setting.

The design comprises the following:
Grand entrance gatehouse with associated administration and security offices

Facilities and sports centre to include, café and bar, bowling alley with indoor childrens’ play area, billiards room, cinema, gymnasium, yoga/aerobics area, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, separate male and female health spas each with sauna, steam room, massage and treatment rooms, and an indoor multi-purpose sports hall for volleyball, basketball, tennis and mini football.

Outdoor adult and children's swimming pools with associated changing facilities.

Extensively landscaped grounds with external childrens’ play, private contemplation, barbeque and social areas all linked with jogging paths winding through soft and hard landscaped areas.

Basement parking with building services facilities.

Two apartment buildings: each with ground floor social facilities and 16 apartment floors and offering the exclusiveness of two apartments per lift core.

The range of apartments within each building includes varying sized five- and four-bedroom duplex apartments and four- , three-, two- and one-bedroom apartments.

Hey look!
First, Azerbaijan and its capital Baku is a part of Europe.
Second, learn geography before talking about Azerbaijan is in Africa.
