Shahrake Ekbatan, Tehran, Iran.

It's not in Europe, but there is a huge commie-style area in Tehran.

The Contruction of the Ekbatan complex started in 1975 for the purpose of mass housing. It has 15,500 units on an area of 2,208,570 m2 located in western Tehran. It was actually built by the French.

It's not in Europpe, but we have a huge commie-style area in Tehran.

Initially we wanted this as a part of world forums, but moderators somehow placed it in the European section. Of course, it is very interesting to see commieblocks from around the world!
Damn massive... but by far not the worst ones.
