This is my second city that I post on this forum. The first city I posted on this forum is Marcohampton (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=169634).

The city Marcoville is build around a huge bay:

Population: 60.136
Number of Commercial Jobs: 22.302
Number of Industrial Jobs: 5.600

good job marcoK.

only one suggestion that would make your city a 10/10-zone the immediate area around the downtown medium and dense res. zone all downtown high dense and row-house zone the now light density res. areas i.e. the large peninsula and the north and west ends or just everywhere

this looks like a good city, if you play it well, you might end up with something really good. but i agree with seanlax5, the peninsula should get some action. i would put a landmark park or an observation tower or something to make it stand out cuz the peninsula is a good area for development. if you are looking for observation tower,s look at the landmarks in the ea website or some towers in simtropolis are good too. it kinda reminds me of aukland...

Looks good, nice scenery.
Are those highway crossings necesarry? And remove that electric transportation thing thru the bay, it doesnt looks nice, besides the bridge transports electricity too.

And how did you get the central station. I've never got it, not even in cities with 100.000 commercial jobs and 300000 inhabitants :s

And how did you get the congress centre??

8/10 btw, I'm also creating a large city around a bay, allready 150.000 inhabitants and just the half of the map(exluded water) built. Also 100 mayor rating:D
