This is the newest family member in Qatar Foundation.

Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, in conjunction with the Qatar Armed Forces, has developed a new and unique concept of secondary education. Qatar Leadership Academy (QLA) will begin its first semester of operation in September 2005 at a wonderful new education site near to Al Khor.

The Academy will be a unique catalyst to make something worthy of our young and aspiring adolescents, and prepare them through our unique educational methodology to forge them into the new leaders of society.

Qatar Leadership Academy will provide the highest possible standards of education, and strives to achieve academic and moral excellence for each cadet that enters the academy. It will develop independent, critical thinkers, lifelong learners and responsible Qatari

The Academy provides internationally accepted, comprehensive, challenging, English medium programs, Arabic and Islamic Studies and a unique Leadership Program to graduation at age 18, in order to develop future leaders who and will prepare our young men for higher education study either locally or overseas.

no i doubt it !! acctaully very little shkz are attending this school !! i remeber reading the names of the high school students accepted in this school, they were from all over qatar !

Nope no females allowed, and yes its very similiar to a military school, except this one only takes in the brightest of students in qatar rather then the trouble makers. Its a boarding school, kids are only to go home on weekends.
