What is in that building? Because whatever it is, it's the cutest little complex I have ever seen- a quality job for a smaller building!
Thanks to whoever ends up helping me out :)

In that building, the modern with clock MARKET TOWER, there are mixed use office spaces and educational space, including the City of London recreation department and employment/social services in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, the London Area Mediators' Association, Thames Valley College and Business IT Campus on the 5th floor as well. So its tenant is mainly city services and the Thames Valley College/Business IT school. It goes very well downtown! :) Hope that helps answer your question, SP!RE!

Its the gateway to the Market.
Prior to the 1980's it was one of Canada's flagship Simpson's dept stores.

^ really, I thought the former Bay Store (and now current Central Library downtown) in Galleria was London's Simpson's Department Store. Then again I could be wrong.

Wow, might be irrelevant, but I didn't know London Ontario had stuff like that. It looks good.

They actually got two new Starbucks in downtown London quite recently. The one you see here opened on about May last year. There's another one up the Richmond Row near Victoria Park opposite to Timothy's. I'm not sure if I like it, but looks like downtown London is attracting some businesses.

I just noticed that Darko Vranich owns the Market Tower. That guy is on fire with developments all over Southern Ontario.

Jaybird.
Up until the mid 80's it was a Simpson flagship store. Then it was turned into the Bay when Simpson went the way of the dinosaur.
Then the Bay moved to Galleria.

That's a really nice building, it incorporates both old and new. :)
